Posicor is a calcium channel Blocker useful in cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure, hypertension, angina and congestive heart failure. The drug was manufactured by Hoffman La Roche. The drug was removed from the market in 1998 after it was determined that Posicor caused various heart conditions including arrhythmias and low blood pressure.
